I think it would kind of depend if you were never medicated then you would constantly be in a state of fight or flight so your testosterone would increase even tho its non permanent spike if you were not medicated you would be like that all the time but if you were medicated then it would be only at certain times or not at all am I wrong ?

being in a constant flight or flight state will just lead to increased cortisol which over long periods of time lowers testosterone
