Ive been trying to look calm, im very tall and black so people make assumptions about me and i hate it given im a high inhib nerd, so would wearing glasses make me look calmer or gentlemanlike?

If you look very masculine or are muscular they can give you a 'refined' look but for the average low T looking guy it won't help you.

mmm depends on what you mean since it's very broad. Like, for example, nerdy as in gamer-nerdy, anime-nerdy, techie-nerdy, businessman? But if you generally want to look approachable with a casual look, there are alot of "lookbooks" all over youtube, tumblr, and tiktok. I steal alot of my outfit ideas from tumblr, instagram models, and youtube lol. I'd suggest you to use youtube to find a couple creators you like and then once you find your niche, you can then use tumblr and instagram to find even more outfit ideas.
