With the knowledge I have gathered on this forum, do you think I could improve my physical attractiveness as well as my behavior in one year?

By physical attractiveness, I obviously mean looking better; by behavior, I mean appearing more neurotypical.

My plan is to start now and celebrate the transformation on July 1st. I even plan to post my pictures here after the one-year transformation.

I am sex-starved, folks. Tell me I can make it out of this miserable involuntary celibate existence.
