Yes, for sure. Also, a septoplasty or tip rhinoplasty is definitely recommended too. You have a bulbous nose, not good

No its NOT too long. It depends on the face shape.

In your case the philtrum lentgh looks normal.

If you had a smaller skull and shorter face, it would look bad, but its NOT!

My philtrum is also around 18mm (at the max 20 mm) and it doesnt look out of place.

Just photoshop yourself with a shorter philtrum, you will see that it will do very little for you.

In your case, getting a lip lift should be one of the last procedures to get.

its hard to tell, you have no major flaws. Mouth is abit narrow yes. Eyes are not optimal, but also not terrible.

You dont need shorter philtrum though, that wouldnt do much.

Differnet haircut would be better imo with short sides and back.

Maybe at one point rhinoplasty to make nosebridge around nose tip area slightly slimmer.

What is wrong with my eyes? I thought 65 IPD, 31mm PFL and neutral Canthal Tilt its enough to have good eye area.

you have a narrow upper and lower jaw hence why your mouth is so tiny, a lip lift won't do shit, what are you a female. You need to increase the horizontal width of your mouth and the entire lower half of your face. Get MSE and MSDO

Your philtrum is totally ok, but the area under your lips looks a bit strange. You look recessed, especially your chin.
You have narrow palate?
