I know it wont be super noticeable but do you think it will make them slightly more hollow or should I just improve my zygos?

Yeah well its not a simple fix, Is it .

Its caused by an class 3 maloclusion and maxillia deviation (You can see from the pic I have a visible underbite (Also have a crossbite)) I cant get it fixed tomorrow I have a surgery date planned in December for osteotomy.
BFR I can get done next week, so Imma focus on that first.
