AGGA was to move forward but only some teeth, alveoral ringe, same with average expanders, bioblocs etc. MSE is better but still more changes are in alveoral area .
Will the future show some similar but what actually affect bones in the upper maxilla etc. n2 was something like that but strain in the skull was cause of quiting.
Don't get me wrong surgery is good but can't fix everything and even if some thing (you know) would be fixed surgically IT would be extremely dangerous. Many maxfac and orthos say that ortho devices will displace surgeries and I understand them since devices often are as expensive as surgeries .
