I think they have the same drinking culture, both hate NATO (obviously), war criminals etc

I don't know much about Serbia

Irish people are indirect culturally for the most part, more Anglo or American
Most Irish look like British people, sometimes Germanic
Binge drinking is common starting at age 14 for the lads girls also start having sex at 14/15
Ireland is fairly woke and liberal
In Northern Ireland the IRA weren't respected that much alot of catholics wanted to live their lives have jobs, but the IRA made everyone a suspect. Also IRA members sold drugs and sold stolen petrol for money and or welfare
Northern Ireland is the most tribalist place in Ireland catholics have there own shops/pubs/churches people are more direct up there also

The irish are known for being deadbeat drunkards. No clue about the Serbians though.
The only thing I know about serbians is that there was a lot of rapemaxxing during the fracture of yugoslavia.
