Let's say you do a full scan of your head at like 25. You get the bones, the facial fatpad volume & positioning, the facial muscles, the ligaments potentially. You then go back to the surgeon at 50 and tell him to recreate your 25 yr old face. They could create implants to make up for the lost bone, as well as shape down any new bone growth. They could reposition your fatpads to the best of where they once were, and use fillers to fill in any lost volume in the exact places. Use something (a different type of filler?) to get your old muscle, or even just facial exercises to grow them. Retighten an loosened ligaments, etc.
Would it theoretically be possible
