I think Alzheimer's is caused by an accumulation of toxins and other material in the brain.

Too much Sex, Drugs, or other heightened stimulus can miscalibrate the brain, causing lower will power in other areas of life, but I don't believe it causes Alzheimer's, from my understanding of the literature.
