MSE is bullshit for you.
You need: Bimax with ccw (so your ramus gets lengthend) you need high cut lefort one and maybe premaxillary augmentation. you also need with the bimax a genioplasty to bring your chin forward. Lastly you need a rhinoplasty with a cartilage graft to achive a much better nose.
MSE wont save you, this will.
Either ask giant or go to local doctor with some morphs and explain them that you want that.
