They think I'm crazy, but what is crazy? Just a lack of social cohesion; isolation basically.

I'm a broken toy now. I can put up a good front of normalcy when I'm anything but.

Even if I got into healthy relationships, would it work in the long-run?

I have the same as you, I fake everything and come across as normal NT guy IRL to people that don't know me better.
People at my current job literally think I am some university frat fuckboy, cagefuel.

Yeah it's sad. I only saw the the terrors of life so ofc that's how I'm going to relate to it. Others will say ending the planet is immoral, but to me it's like cleaning out trash. Suffering and absence of fulfillment is the default mode of being and it's not right to impose that on others just because a small minority was able to leverage others to get to that point.
