Easy. Nose job to straighten and slightly trim. Eyebrow transplant for sure. You need hair wrapping around your brow ridge for that dramatic look. You want wide nose width. But if your nose tip is undefined and the bone isn't seen its looks ogre ish and bulbous. Although I think that op has a good nose.
