idk where did you get this but the final cut he showed to WR went to cinemas

after his death they were just minor post-production of sound design, music and effects. the overall cut was already done.

there is no definitive proof to content being cut obviously, thats what it makes a theory to begin with, with its only backing being movies pacing/ending being abrupt at certain points.

there are however few censored/altered scenes (orgy ones) and true deleted footage (like the family riding horses/rowing and the scenes with Keitel and Leigh) which can be found pretty easily.
