Well I think training plays the primary role. Like one time I tried to break a world record in a racing game. Just did the same track over and over and over and I got fifth or so out of 200.000 so I got pretty close. It is the same with Call of Duty and other games. If you literally play it night and day you can become one of the best eventually. Genetics are important but not that important.
