Well it's undeniable that genetics have a significant impact on behavior and intelligence.
For example there's that "warrior gene" found in most African American criminals, when I did a DNA test it said I lacked that warrior gene which promotes antisocial behavior and increased aggression.
I believe there's a bigger avg difference in intelligence between two random people of the same race than there is between two average intelligence people of different races

No, almost all slaves were sold by local African warlords to the Europeans in exchange for guns, gunpowder, jewelry, etc.

Africa was completely uninhabitable for Europeans prior to modern medicine, they would die within days after being bitten by mosquitos which the locals had adapted to. This is why Europeans wanted them, because the Africans could survive in places like Haiti unlike other slaves. So they had a partnership with local warlords to procure slaves.
