To be rich you need to be intelligent and open a successful business then you hire a bunch of employees

Yes, the rich work harder than most average people. They know how to do a lot more with the money they make, so they're extra motivated to make more of it. Being wealthy though has a lot more to do with a person's relationship with money than how hard they work for it.
