Hypothetical HGH Growth Plan for Teens
Hey guys,
I made a simple hypothetical HGH plan for teens with open growth plates to grow taller, get stronger bones, and more defined facial features.
Plan:
Extras:
Blood tests: Every 4–8 weeks for IGF-1, blood sugar, liver/kidney, hormones
Watch for side effects: Water retention, numbness, headaches, skin changes
Expected results:
Costs:
Is this worth it with 16 almost 17? of course first of all I would get my growth plates checked.
and also what supplier is good for HGH?
if you have any tips please lmk this is aimed to be as low risk as possible but still trying to get a good outcome.
Disclaimer: Just for discussion, not medical advice. HGH is prescription only and illegal without one.
Hey guys,
I made a simple hypothetical HGH plan for teens with open growth plates to grow taller, get stronger bones, and more defined facial features.
Plan:
- Start: 1.5 IU daily, 5 days/week for 2 weeks
- Then: 2.5 IU daily, 5 days/week for 6 weeks
- Then: 3 IU daily, 6 days/week for 3.5 months
- Total: 6 months on, then 3 months off
Extras:
- Eat in calorie surplus, protein ~2–2.5 g/kg bodyweight
- Take vitamins (D3 + K2, zinc, magnesium), omega-3, collagen
- Stretch daily (legs + spine), moderate bodyweight training
- Sleep 8–9 hours, drink plenty of water
- Avoid alcohol, nicotine, late caffeine
Blood tests: Every 4–8 weeks for IGF-1, blood sugar, liver/kidney, hormones
Watch for side effects: Water retention, numbness, headaches, skin changes
Expected results:
- Height gain
- Stronger bones
- More defined face and better skin
- Better recovery and energy
- better physique
Costs:
- HGH meds: ~$2,500–4,500 for 6 months
- Blood tests: ~$150–450 total
- Supplements: ~$120–300 total
- Growth plate X-ray: varies, usually ~$50–100
Is this worth it with 16 almost 17? of course first of all I would get my growth plates checked.
and also what supplier is good for HGH?
