Nah definitely not. The risks are also another good reason that is stopping people from getting it. Like me personally I would never get a Lefort 3 as well as a blue eye color surgery considering it’s hella risky, I’d be afraid that I’d die or go blind

hell no. Im probably a 4 (by western standards) at best. Even after all surgeries and other cosmetic procedures i wanna get, i would be lucky to even be a 7. Im probably just gonna become above average and a 6.

Just look at all those beckies getting fillers, botox, nosejobs, implants etc. on their face. They never ascend more than one tier.

yeah, surgery at best can only boost you by 1 or 2 points depending on how well its done. 3 points seems impossible tho.
