AI replaces people who do boring and repetitive tasks. Accountants or customer service for example. Lawyers are people who first need to understand law to a point where they never make a mistake in the courtroom and they're people who take risks and understand human persuasion.

The job will surely change but not to the extent where a human won't be needed. Take this from someone who works with AI and runs their own AI business.
