No. It was a necessary step to see reality for what it is. Living in an illusion and wondering why others don't act the way you think they should is even more horrible than understanding the uncomfortable truths out there.

But the better your mental model of reality is, the easier it gets to use that knowledge to your advantage, to navigate and control the risks and opportunities around you.

But the blackpill isn't the end. LDAR is death. Life means struggle, and struggle means life. Continue struggling and grinding and fighting for a better life. Use the blackpill as fuel that propels you forward, but don't let it destroy you.
