Is this useful for femmaxxing @Jpg?

@thecel says it's cope because it's all about fat distribution. Of course that and skeletal structure are primary determinants for what sort of figure you end up with, but I still think building feminine muscle groups can add to the overall aesthetic, especially if you keep a narrow waist.

Do you train them or are you a proponent of the sv3rige sentiment that working out is just for slaves?

Personally, as a chubby-admirer, I think narrow waist is a cope. It’s all about having fuark wide hips and huge ass. The waist can be big and bloated, but you’ll look feminine regardless of it as long as your hips and ass are femininely sized (i.e. big) in relation to your shoulders.

Good that you brought this up. Though glutes can be trained, there’s barely any muscle on the sides of the hips that can be hypertrophied. Hip training is a cope.

I sincerely disagree. It's ultimately about proportions tho, so if you like a thicker waist then I'd be willing to bet you probably like really big and juicy hips too.

That's not attainable for most trans women, unless they're ofc @Aloha. 😅

For sure! Side leg raises and butt exercises that emphasize gluteus medius will do the trick, given proper diet and progressive overload is properly applied.

I know you think so. I'd just like a second estromaxxer opinion. You said you don't train legs at all so I feel you might not have the most unbiased opinion.

A question tho: if butt/hip training is cope then why do millions of women do it everywhere? Is it just a cash grab for influencers and supplement sellers in your opinion?

I did train legs. I don’t train them anymore because I don’t lift anymore. I got bored of the gym and got too lazy to train.

It makes a small difference, and those women think it’s worth the time and effort. More power to them if that’s what they decide to do.

But, under some death-sentence circumstances—if your hips are andromaxed, if your legs are too short, if your shoulders are too wide, etc.—no amount of ass training will make your figure look feminine and hot. The juice just isn’t worth the squeeze (if you train just to look good (doesn’t apply to powerlifters, bodybuilders, athletes, people who just love to exercise, etc.)). Same kind of thing as in Wheat Waffles’s video in which he said gymcelling won’t do shit to help your dating life if you’re sub-4.

My training philosophy is to maximize the visual benefits with as little work as possible.

Basically this means that I dont want to grow all of the muscle groups in my body but create disparity between the sex specific ones compared to rest of my body.

for example I dont want to mass up my legs because it makes the glutes look small in proportion.

Instead I want this:

Guys should spam shoulders especially if their clavicles are lacking because they'll look better with the muscle inbalance where shoulders are way more developed than other muscle groups

Tldr; guys should spam shoulders (all 3 heads, front, side and rear delts) and trannies do isolation exercises for glutes.

Fair enough if you're too lazy. I just think it's unfortunate to discourage everyone else who hasn't given up. Don't forget the positive effects on wellbeing either. Most people want to do some amount of exercise so if you focus specifically on a single muscle group, such as glutes, then that makes it very easy to maxx out on that one because you're not "wasting" energy and nutrients to build all of the other ones. Imagine only training glutes 3x a week e.g.

I only train quads, hams and calves. Glutes obv get hit to some extend as well on squatting or pressing movements but I don’t target them specifically.
