Forearms are a big female gaze, If you arent training them and at a low bf, what you even doing boyos.
mine are 11 inches flexed but I have never worked them out. Is that good?
 
They are an inch bigger than mine (I also don't train them tbh (used to but haven't for ages)) So I guess that's good but I am only 5ft 6 so mine are going to be a big smaller than yours naturally.

Being 5' 6" is ouch, i need to be happy at my height at 5' 9"

When i was 5' 6" i felt horrible, now that i'm 5' 9" i'm still insecured but don't feel like shit

These make sense I agree, but I don't really have time to spend more than 40 mins lifting weights, and just regular shit takes that up.

I guess PowerBall would work while I'm not in gym.

You can do them whenever you have a chance, (5 sets of 5) is enough tbh.

Just stick em in your backpack or smth and do them under the table or when you get a chance takes like 5 minutes.

Forearms are almost the only muscle group that gets "indirectly" trained in all pull movements, as well as deadlifts and its different variations.

Pull Ups and Deadlifts train the shit out of them. Isolation is technically better but its a waste of time unless you have endless amount of time to spend in the gym

Yeah that's what I always thought, also I throw in some farmers walks, but OP is right, if u want beast forearms putting un some isolation work us ways good

2. hang with tip of your palm
3. hand with a towel
4. one arm hang
5. one arm hang with a towel

0. fingertip pushups on wall (i assume you can do it)
1.fingertip pushups on knees
2. fingertips pushup
3. 4 fingers
4. 3 fingers
5. 2 fingers

they grow faster then every other muscle but neck
i reccomend bodyweight routine becouse hand grippers are expensive
