I do forearms with Back and biceps on Mondays and Friday. I’m currently NEET so spending 2 hours in the gym means nothing for my time really.yes, and i wish i'd started earlier (specifically, behind back wrist curls). recently, ive set aside a dedicated day for forearms and delts, because i felt like my push/pull days were becoming too long.
hammer curls are good for forearms, and ive done them for a while, but ive found that adding fat grips to them takes the exercise to a whole new level.
behind back wrist curls with barbell should be bread and butter of forearm workout, imo (and in the opinion of others with much better forearms than mine).
wrist extensions have begun to hurt my wrist tendon. not sure what's up with that. reverse curls are fine
I am neet as well. but the point is that the quality of your exercise will decline if you spend too long at the gym. i used to do forearms at the end of back day, but eventually i realised that i wasnt able to put enough effort in to fully break down my forearm fibres. same goes for delts at the end of chest day, which is why ive created a new delt-forearm dayI do forearms with Back and biceps on Mondays and Friday. you know that’s what I’ve been thinking recently. I only work out shoulders on Thursdays maybe I should add forearms thereI am neet as well. but the point is that the quality of your exercise will decline if you spend too long at the gym. i used to do forearms at the end of back day, but eventually i realised that i wasnt able to put enough effort in to fully break down my forearm fibres. same goes for delts at the end of chest day, which is why ive created a new delt-forearm day
doing mindless volume is the path to no gains. trust me, id know from wasting years of my life overtraining and making less progress than i am now, training each muscle once per week
both small muscles so it's easy to do. ime just make sure to do shoulders first, because it's almost impossible to do any lifting after destroying forearmsyou know that’s what I’ve been thinking recently. I only work out shoulders on Thursdays maybe I should add forearms there
not really true.No point. Just lift heavy and your forearms will develop.
