Gymcels, do you use hypertrophy for legs, doing 8-12 reps? my routine consists in 3x3 squats, 3x8 nordic curls and 3x10 pistol squats, also I do HIIT 2 days after leg day, sprinting, jumping, tire flips, and after 2 days I hit legs again, is it useful to do hypertrophy for legs? Because Doms fucks me up, and doing jus 3x3 squats followed by Hill sprints would be good to have leg size and I wouldn't have doms,lactid acid doesn't build up doing short bursts of intensity, I would probably keep nordic curls 3x8 and for quads 3x3 squats and hill sprints instead of 3x10 pistols, hypertrophy is only needed for upper body, lower body can be built by doing heavy squats and explosive exercises.
