nah i used to use bar soap and i got raped by my dandruff. Dont use any showering products, it will give a more natural look. first week your hair gets oily but you gotta trust the proces. it also gave me curls, ( started from the straightest possible hair )

i use shampoo every 3 days and my hair is good, it dont kill u. If u get a dandruff buy anti-dandruff shampoo and it will be ok
