Research suggests that wavelengths under 550nm (blue & green light) interfere with melatonin secretion. Red lens glasses block these wavelengths, allowing your body to naturally prepare for sleep. Some studies even show they can improve mitochondrial function and cellular repair.

Here’s mine I bought on Amazon I fall asleep pretty quick these days I’m talking like 5 mins it used to take me ages to fall asleep

Usually I like to think of a sexual scenario before bed but nowadays when I start thinking the secenrio I fall asleep quick

Used to, but my eyes also used to get bloodshot after looking at a screen for too long and it'd look like I took 5 bong rips after playing Minecraft for an hour

Mine weren't yellow tho they were just clear, now I just use the nightlight setting

No, but I should, maybe even just a red light filter on my phone would help tbh.

Doesn’t setting your phone to be night mode do that or am I mistaken
