Research suggests that wavelengths under 550nm (blue & green light) interfere with melatonin secretion. Red lens glasses block these wavelengths, allowing your body to naturally prepare for sleep. Some studies even show they can improve mitochondrial function and cellular repair.

@Gengar maybe this will help your sleep cuz I see your thread about insomnia plus your a rotter aswell so all the screen time at night can’t be good
