Do your facial bones continue to grow after your growth plates close and your puberty is over?

Once puberty ends and the growth plates in your body close, does face change at all or nah? I don't think there is growth plates in the face

There are sutures that make up the skull those can continue to change.
Soft tissue such as cartilage on ears and nose can grow too
Also as you get older you orbital rims start to degrade that’s a thing too

Only skull keeps growing,

Facial bones don't reshape but after years we start to lose fat pads so it can make bones appear larger

the bones won't reshape but will they grow, such as your jaw growing but not changing shape, and your cheekbones widening?
