does this mean i can add a fuck ton of volume to it?

maybe train it twice a week

Never got sore. I did 12 sets of lateral raises last workout
yeah i did them yesterday with leg day and theyre not even sore

im at the gym rn doing push

Only feel it while working out the only muscles I actually get sore the next day are chest, back and sometimes legs

not doing enough reps, 5 sets is all you need do 20 reps to 30 of the weight you can comfortable keep good form, try a machine instead something like a seated laterial side raise. Start with 20lbs or 15 i personally can do 66lbs on my machine, Your not working them hard enough, you need to push past the burn or any mild discomfot breath deep near the end and grind out those last reps, res 1 to 2 mins between EACH set. GO HARD>

i promise you are not either going hard enough or the weight is too light for the reps your going for.
