Doctor prescribed me anastrozole 1mg every day from 13-17 i feel dumber and have worse memory

I have growth hormone deficiency diagonsed at 12 so I was perscribed anastrozle 1mg every day and now I realized thats a lot and Ive seen online that nuking your estrogen can affect brain development and I realized that my memory has gotten worse over the years and processing speed.

Am i cooked forever now at 18 is there anything I can do or did my doctor make me a permanent iqlet
 
dont run it without blood tests.

dont you need something anti-estrogen (or the other way) when you take stuff like this

I still feel like this post is hogwash. If you had Idiopathic short stature I can see why they'd give you an aromatase inhibitor but for GHD it makes no sense

consider nootropics. there's some that can literally promote new synapse synthesis. there's some that literally show it can reverse brain damage. also try to live a healthier and more regular life as that can help.

No I don't. Anastrozole can cause temporary cognitive difficulties, commonly referred to as "brain fog," but it does not lower your permanent intelligence or permanently make you dumber. Up to 50% of people taking aromatase inhibitors like anastrozole report mild to moderate cognitive changes.

Actually i dont know which of the ones it is yeah thats my mistake it could be idiopathic but I never asked cause I was young but I did take anastrozole for years

Is this for children though because in adults whose brains are developed its unlikely to cause as many changes compared to me who took it in peak brain developmental years, so would you say worsening memory is just temporary

How much growth hormone did they prescribe you a day? if any
I took something called norditropin which is just hgh in a pen I took that at 2-3mg so like (6-9 IU) increasing overtime based on my weight
