I’m 19, sleep and nutrition were great through puberty but growth slowed down at around 15-16. Probably because I was inside all day during lockdown. I got my plates checked at 17 and they’re open

Seems you just got bad luck of the draw. Height is a very hard metric to estimate anyway so you might’ve not stunted anything and it was just your genes. However, be glad you’re atleast 5’11 as you can just say your 6’0 like every other guy who’s 5’11 and you can fraud up to 6’2 easily with things like lifts.

I’m honestly cool with it. It’s probably cause my dad is 5’8, but my older sister is 5’10 and brother is 6’0 so I have hope.
