He said you need to get on statins I told him I’ll stop smoking , he said it’s genetics I had a flashback of the black pill doomer edits ‘it’s all genetics’

Anyways do you think I could lower it naturally or I need statins , he says it’s really high and he hasn’t seen someone like this but he doesn’t understand that cholesterol is good it increases testosterone
