Hello, few days ago I went to the dentist wanting to make my teeth straight, but he told me that my upper jaw is much bigger than my lower one, so if we were to use braces it would create a gap between the lower and upper teeth.

He told me that we can A) Remove 2 of my premorals which will create some space for my teeth or B) Waiting till Im 18-21 and doing plastic surgery.

My teeth don't really bother me , although I would like them to be straight (if possible) , but removing 2 of my premorals sounds not ideally, and waiting till im 18-21 also isn't something I would want to do.

Please help. (sorry that i don't have any pictures, might post them later)

Do not let them extract your premolars. Extracting premolars and retracting your teeth will flatten your face and recess your profile, look up premolar extraction regret and you'll see hundreds of cases. Your upper jaw being bigger than your lower isn't a problem, it means your maxilla is actually developed which is a good thing. The real fix is advancing your lower jaw to match the upper, not shrinking the upper to match the lower. Look into mandibular advancement or a bsso when you're older to bring your mandible forward. Find a different orthodontist who doesn't default to extractions because the one you're seeing is about to ruin your face.
