Honestly working in medicine you cant be catching feelings for anyone
even as a primary care doctor you have to be detached from your work or you will go insane
the surgeons i worked with were cold as ice, it would be impossible to sleep at night knowing you will be cutting people apart the next morning starting 4 AM unless you were detached from it emotionally
