I looked up some surgeon in russia once and figured it was still expensive as fuck. Like still more expensive than a wraparound jaw implant than Eppley. It might be a little cheaper and western surgeons, but only slightly.
Forgot what surgeon I looked up though, considering that it's expensive anyway.

LL only with internal nails, even in shit countries it costs 35k + for tibia and the same for femur, so if you made both u pay around 80k minimum
