Does 1 cycle permanently hurt

Saw some threads here that talked about a 12W cycle of 300mg test and im tempted to run a cycle, my bloodwork is fine, lipids are in place and so is E2, progesterone , prolactin and cortisol is fine. Was thinking of running 12W at 250mg with some var and omega3+nad then going on a 4W pct, curious if there's any permanent effects after PCT.

i get my bloodwork for free tbh cuz i got a relative in the hospital, and yes i plan for a 4W pct using clomid and nolva, or enclo if i cant find clomid
