Depends on your weight, apparently some people say 1g protein for every 1lbs of muscle.
 
You dont need 200g of protein a day u fucking retard. u only need 0.8 per pound. you can even go 0.7, muh 1 per pound is a myth.

The more the better, protein is always better than carbs and fats

It's like someone asking if their chin is too projected,chances are it's more likely recessed.
 
macronutrients are worthless to track and will apt in intuitively. food quality should be your first concern
