Does a good chair make a difference ?

Recently moved and I been in this piece of dog shit foldable chair
My chair before that was whatever kinda shittier than an office chair

does a good chair make a difference ?

As someone who makes a living out of sitting in front of a computer. One of the best investments I've ever made was a good office chair. I bought mine 2 years ago from steelcase. Expensive but my chronic back issue due to sitting long hours is gone. Also get a adjustable desk while you are at it. Herman miller also has good office chairs. If you are spending most of the time of your day on a chair it's okay to splurge for something nice
