Yep, I had a deviated septum surgery but it relapsed and now I need another one. My breathing improved a little bit before it relapsed but not that much

Probably. I'm going to undergo jaw surgery, and I have noticeable asymmetries in both my upper and lower jaws. Underbite, narrow airways, etc. Would a high cut Lefort 1 be better for OSA in such a case?

underbite most often comes with hyperplasi of midface (recessed), so you should aim to get your midface projected aswell - speaking aesthetically.

Lefort 2 is ideal but impossible to get.

What could mimic a lefort 2 with implants and lefort 1? Paranasal, infraorbital and something that provides nasion extension, like a modified browridge implant? @RealSurgerymax

Still swollen but bimax (normal Lefort cut) seems to have projected my paranasal area by quite a bit, and potentially solved the deficiency.
