Does a high sugar intake cause dark circles and acne?

I have big dark circles and a lot of acne on my cheeks (not cycstic or anything just red bumps) and my diet consists of high sugar foods and i don’t eat a lot of vegetables

i know i can reduce acne by fixing this up JFL… idk about dark circles tho, they are decently noticablr

Whatever it is eating carnivore should fix it(if its a hard tissue problem you would have to be young for it to work tho less than 18 or something)

i’m U17 so don’t want to eat in a diet like that, i ll try a balanced diet, all i got tbh
