The relationship between a narrow palate and some of the things you've mentioned here is purely correlation.
A narrow palate implies you're likely recessed (lack anterior growth of the maxilla) and would cause things like a non-straight nose bridge. A narrow palate itself doesn't cause you to have a bent nasal bridge though, the direct result would be a lack of lateral projection i.e., narrow mandible, zygomas, etc.
