Usually not , but I have seen some posts on r/orthotropics where the chin magically gets slightly better over 20-25 but not for severe cases

Depends on how much bonemass you develop during puberty. Mostly genetic from your parents so see if they are recessed or have good projection. If not u can start trt or hgh but i highly dont recommend cause it fucks your hormones
