Since a dentist will be forced to kill the nerve, which will prevent the bone from being supplied with blood and nutrients. Does this make chewing ineffective and make any stimulation of the jaw in that area essentially useless?

I can PM the left and right side of my face. The left has had a root canal done, and has some bone loss. Moreover, because I didn’t chew as much on it I didn’t get as defined zygos on the left side of my face. Makes me very self conscious, and I’m wondering if the steps I’m taking to improve this aspect are even worthwhile.
