Does a root canal negate any possible bone growth?

Since a dentist will be forced to kill the nerve, which will prevent the bone from being supplied with blood and nutrients. Does this make chewing ineffective and make any stimulation of the jaw in that area essentially useless?

ofcourse never get any dental surgery before 21 it will ruin your facial strucutre and bone growth

i already got it a year ago
my entire right side of face had a huge swelling, i had a cavity i think (i dont remember)
the doctor puted a crown on my teeth

yes the docotr did not removed it

i dont exactly remember it but he just drained my teeth put a lot of tools in my mouth and then put a crown on the teeth
