Does a zygomatic osteotomy affect eye area?

I've read a while back on this forum that high cheekbones implants can give you positive canthal tilt but don't know if it's true. Makes sense to me though.

Same. Albeit I see people pushing Taban, who primarily does orbital decompression. Was wondering why a zygomatic osteotomy isn't pushed more readily in these forums
