Just keep practicing English, watch a lo tof films from the 40s and 50s and teach yourself a Mid Atlantic accent. It's pretty much the most appealing to both English and Americans, as it was created by combining the best elements of both.

Can't do it overnight, it's subconscious and depends on who you're surrounded by and talk to daily, children will have the same accent as the kids they play with and not their parents and they respond better to the accents of their friends (1), proving there's no genetic factor and it can't be "taught" in the traditional sense (but you can be taught how to fake one though with a vocal coach or whatever)
