Does accutane 10mg fix camedones long term?

I don't break out as often as when I was younger, but I still have camedones, like pimples under the skin that always stay like that+blackheads! Can microdosing 10mg accutane for 1-2 years give me good skin! I can't do a proper accutane cycle bcs I had problems with extremly dry lips(altough my face is oily)in past and it will be brutal on higher doses! And I also have thin hair from birth and accutane will amplify this too! Before accitane I will start dut 0.5mg too to make sure I won't go bald(thinking I am predisposed)

10mg/day will keep comedones under control, but they come back once you stop.

It won’t give lasting remission, that takes a full cycle. Low-dose can worsen hair, dut helps offset. It’s basically just maintenance.

I don't wanna keep camedones under control, I wanna get rid of them, new break outs don't cause camedones, they are from past
