I can't speak from experience but I think its a very low chance if ur on normal dose, im p sure its dose dependant but someone else might know better

Yes it can, dont risk it. Mutiple studies confirm it signifcantly lowers IGF-1 and IGFBP3 levels. Some studies also show isotretinoin can decrease your androgen levels which can potentialy result in less growth of androgen-sensitive bones like the mandible. I would recommend to avoid it, but if you really want to, wait until atleast 21 to be safe.
