If we talk about height and your growth plates are open, there is a small chance but if you consider it and have bad acne then it’s worth it.
If we talk about bones in your face I heard that accutane while being on it can lower your testosterone so it could minimally nerf you too

Long story short, just watch your dose, don't to retarded dosages, and you'll be fine.
