Does accutane make your face bloated?

Just looking at photos of my face before accutane and it was much leaner. Now my cheeks are puffy despite being a low bf% (12%). Is it bdd or legit? Its made me insecure, my parents even said my face has become puffy, although still is better than having an acne ridden face.
